Each environment (Unix or Microsoft®) is supported by distinct technical teams so you can directly contact the technician best able to help you.
For each team three levels of on-call technical competence are available to you: Levels 1, 2, and 3.
They match the three levels in the escalation procedure.
Please follow this escalation order. Thus Level 2 is only contacted if Level 1 cannot be reached, and Level 3 will only be involved if the two lower levels are unavailable.
